For businesses
Get your people using AI on the work they already do.
Live, hands-on AI training built around the work your business already does. We set up the useful fixes during the workshop, then scope and quote anything that needs more than a session.

A workshop with Supertron’s sales team, Delhi, July 2026.
For businesses · several teams
Train each team. Build from what they uncover.
Start with a shared foundation, then work with each team on its own daily responsibilities. Every workshop produces useful fixes and a ranked list of the larger systems worth building.
A shared start, then team by team.
Shared foundation
Leadership and teams begin with the same understanding of what AI can do, where it fails and how it should be used inside the company.
Team workshops
Each team works on its own material. Accounts tackles reconciliation, sales tackles follow-ups and operations tackles the work that slows it down.
Ranked build plan
Smaller fixes are set up during the workshops. Larger opportunities are captured, sized and ranked by the value they could create.
Build and hand over
You choose what gets built. We build it, train the team responsible for it and leave your business in control.
What you leave with.
Every participating team trained on its own work
Smaller automations working inside the teams
One written plan of what is worth building
A clear estimate of the value behind each proposed build
The approved systems running, with teams trained to manage them
Training and implementation, from the same team.
Training without implementation is easily forgotten. Software built without the people who do the work often struggles to get used. We connect the two.
Your work sets the agenda
We do not arrive with generic exercises. The workshop uses your documents, tools and recurring responsibilities.
One team stays accountable
The people who train your teams also identify what is worth building, build what you approve and hand it over.
You approve every next step
The workshop has a clear price. Larger systems are scoped and quoted separately before any work begins.
Your people remain in control
The systems can draft, sort and prepare. A person still checks the work, makes the decision and answers for the result.
Build the workshop. See the estimate.
This calculator uses the same rates we use internally. Choose the session type, group structure and number of sessions to see an estimate before speaking to us. It opens at the smallest version of a growing company; move anything and the number moves with it.
Sessions are priced as half days of three to four hours. Two half-day sessions can run as one full day. Submitting the brief does not commit you to book.
What does your team need?
How is the company organised?
How many sessions does each group need?
Every group gets the same number. Each session is a half day of three to four hours. Two sessions can run on the same day or be separated to give teams time to practise.
Optional additions
- Groundwork
- 2 groups of 15
- 1 half-day session per group
- 2 sessions in total
Estimated cost
What’s included
- Your AI toolkit, covered properly: Claude, ChatGPT and the newest models beyond them, what each is good at, and when to reach for which
- A deep dive into the features most teams never touch: projects, connectors, skills, and AI that carries out multi-step jobs on its own
- Meeting notes and voice dictation set up on everyone's phone and laptop
- Hands-on practice throughout: everyone works on their own material rather than demos
- A prompt pack your team keeps
- 1 session for each of 2 groups, 2 in total
Clear rates, based on the workshop structure.
The rate
Groundwork sessions are ₹4,000 per person. Build sessions are ₹6,000 per person because the full session is spent producing working processes your team can continue using. Groundwork + Build splits your sessions evenly between the two, and each half is billed at its own rate.
The per-person rate can fall when you train more people, run more sessions or include several teams, which is why the estimate above can sit below these rates. Small groups have a minimum charge: ₹20,000 per Groundwork session and ₹30,000 per Build session. Travel, accommodation and GST are confirmed separately.
When something needs more than a session
Some opportunities will be too large or too important to build during a workshop. We capture those separately, define the expected value, then send you a proposal with its own scope, price and timeline. You decide what moves forward.
Send us this workshop brief.
We’ll review your selections and reply within one working day with availability, final scope and any travel costs. Sending the brief does not commit you to book.
Questions businesses ask.
Do people need previous AI experience?
No. Groundwork is designed for teams still learning the tools. Build sessions are for teams already using AI regularly.
Do you use our real company material?
Yes. The workshop is built around your team's own responsibilities, files and recurring work. We agree on any data or access restrictions before the session.
How do you handle confidential information?
We work within your existing data and security policies. The foundation session also covers what should and should not be entered into AI tools.
What happens when something is too large to build in the workshop?
We capture it separately and send you a proposal with its own scope, price and timeline. It does not get added to the workshop bill automatically.
Who owns what gets built?
Your business owns the finished systems, working materials and documentation.
Can several departments train at the same time?
Yes, where scheduling and facilitator availability allow. Each department still receives sessions built around its own work.
What happens after the workshop?
Your team keeps the working setups and written plan. You can return for a refresher, move ahead with selected builds or continue without us.
Start with a 30-minute call.
Tell us roughly how many people are involved and what you want AI helping them do. We’ll reply within one working day with available times.
Every AI system needs someone who decides who it serves, what it can do and where responsibility sits. That person is the human in the loop. Our name comes from them, and our work is built around them.
