Hands-on workshops and cohort programmes for busy professionals, business owners, and teams who don't have time to figure AI out themselves.
AI is moving fast. Most people are watching it happen to them.
The missing piece isn’t the tool. It’s the human.

That's how many mainstream AI courses we found that start from your work instead of the tool's features. So we built one.
The gap isn’t intelligence or ambition — it’s the absence of the right education, built for the way real people work.
How the pieces come together.
01Find your piece
Each level says exactly who it's for. Pick the one that matches how you use AI today.
02Check the fit
A short intake form. We read every response and talk it through with you before you commit.
03Click into place
A small closed cohort at your level. Real work, structured practice, a clear next level when you're ready.
Private. Curated. Built around you.
Small, intentional groups.
Every cohort is a small closed group, put together on purpose — so every conversation is relevant to you.
Matched to your level.
You're placed where you'll actually grow — not pushed into something that doesn't fit.
A journey, not a one-off.
Levels build on each other. Participants come back, level up, and keep the momentum going.
Three levels. One clear path.

We teach AI. We build with it, too.
Our programmes make your team confident with AI. And when a problem calls for something purpose-built — a workflow, a tool, or a full system — we take that on too, end to end. We work with companies of every size, from small teams to large organisations: we understand the problem, scope the solution, then build it, deploy it, and hand it over working — on your data, owned by you.
01Discovery
We sit with the people who do the work and map how it happens today — where the hours go, what breaks, what gets worked around. We don't move forward until we understand the problem statement properly.
02Scope & pricing
We come back with a clear scope: what we recommend building — a workflow, a tool, or a full system — how we'll build it, and a quotation to match. You know exactly what you're getting before we start.
03Build
We build on your real work — your data, your cases, not a demo dataset. You see working versions early and often, so you can course-correct while changes are still cheap.
04Deploy & handover
It goes live inside your business. Your team learns to run it, and we stay close until it holds up on its own. Everything we build is yours.
Things we’ve scoped and built.
Details anonymised — these are real engagements.
A hiring operating system.
Openings, applicants, interview notes, and offer decisions lived across inboxes, spreadsheets, and chat. We built one system that runs the whole pipeline — screening applications against the role, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and keeping every candidate's status current.
A finance ERP.
Invoices, payments, expenses, and reconciliation were handled in separate tools and stitched together at month-end. We built an ERP around how their finance team actually works — entries flow in from source documents, ledgers stay current, and month-end closes from live numbers.
A supply management tool.
Stock levels, purchase orders, and supplier follow-ups were tracked by hand, so shortages surfaced only when something ran out. We built a tool that watches stock against demand, drafts purchase orders when levels run low, and keeps supplier status in one view.
Same short form as everything else — tell us the problem, and we’ll come back with what it needs.
“I came in skeptical — I've tried other AI courses and they always felt like they were built for someone else. This was the first time I left a session and immediately used what I learned in my business.”
“The small group format made all the difference. I could ask questions specific to my industry without feeling like I was holding anyone else back.”
“I sent three of my team leads through Level 2. Within a month, we had a shared prompt library and two workflows fully automated. Worth every rupee.”

We've done this work. That's why we can teach it.

Yuvraj heads Applied AI at Headout, the global travel experiences platform, where he leads how AI gets built into the way the company actually runs — from the internal tools teams use daily to hiring the next generation of AI-first builders.
At Human in the Loop, he leads programme design and delivery. His approach is direct: no jargon, no hype, just practical frameworks that help real people make better decisions with AI tools.
“I've watched hundreds of people try to adopt AI. The ones who succeed aren't the most technical. They're the ones who know exactly what problem they're solving.”

Fatema has spent twenty years marketing brands, first from inside them, now through The Story Shapers Collective, her own marketing collective. She has re-architected how her daily work runs: AI systems that carry work from meeting to documented workflow to client deliverable, pipelines threading meetings, channels, and project systems into one connected operation. The kind of infrastructure that lets a lean team run like a much bigger one.
At Human in the Loop, she shapes how the programmes are structured and experienced. Her focus is on making learning stick: not just what you absorb in a session, but what you actually change about how you work afterward.
“Training that doesn't change behaviour isn't training… it's information. We're here to shift behaviour.”
Where the learning continues.
Everyone who has trained with us is in The Loop — a private WhatsApp community where we share what we're building, answer questions, and keep the learning going long after the session ends.
- A practical tool, prompt, or workflow every week
- AI news filtered to what actually affects your work
- Ask anything — no question is too small
Ready to be the human in the loop?
Whether you’re completely new to AI or ready to build systems for your team — tell us where you are, and we’ll take it from there.
“Agents will talk to agents. Work will run while you sleep. But a loop doesn’t know what it’s for. Someone decides that, and someone answers for it. That’s the human in the loop — and we’re preparing you to be one.”
