Agentic operations
One place to find, catalogue and manage what a marketplace sells.
The workspace growth teams use to manage supply and keep a large catalogue of experiences in order, from market research to a structured handover, moving towards an agent-first co-pilot with people at every gate.

The problem
Where the work was stuck.
Adding or managing supply meant researching the market, deciding what to sell and from whom, matching it to the right catalogue entry, gathering content and handing over to operations, across disconnected sheets, documents and tools. Each team found the gaps late, and bringing a new experience live took days.
What we built
A supply and catalogue workspace, with an agent-first co-pilot in design.
A single workspace over the catalogue: every experience has one identity, its market and management status, and a view of what is sold today and how healthy its supply is. Growth teams research, plan the range and hand structured work to operations and content from the same place.

How we worked
How the work took shape.
We shaped the agent-first direction. The growth manager says what they want in plain language, specialist agents run the research, catalogue matching and planning steps through the system’s own interfaces, and a person reviews at each of four checkpoints. Anything irreversible, such as creating a catalogue entry or publishing, stays behind an explicit human gate, and every piece of state has a named source of truth, so agents never invent it.
